Terms and Conditions

  • Midweek Escape - Sunday to Thursday, minimum 3 nights stay
  • Extended Workcation - 5+ nights get a Fieldbar worth R2400

No children can be included for a workcation booking.

Booking must be secured at least two weeks before check-in date.

Menus for all meals will be discussed upon confirmation of booking.

Fieldbar:

To qualify for Fieldbar, full payment must be received 2 weeks before check-in

If there is no stock at check-in, Fieldbar will be couriered to you.

Cancellation Policy:

Full amount of a booking will be charged in the event of no shows or premature departures

14 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeits 100% of total stay

15-28 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeit 50% of total stay

More than 28 days, no extra costs

Payment:

A deposit of 50% of the total cost of accommodation is required to confirm all bookings

Only Visa and Master Card and EFT payments allowed and no cash payments will be accepted
