Make it a long-weekend, book a third night at R2400 per room and get a Fieldbar Drinks Box for each room that extends.

- If we do not have Fieldars at check-in, we will send via courier as soon as we have stock.
- To qualify to receive a Fieldbar, full payment must be made one month before check-in
- If there is no stock, we will courier. Courier only available for SA residents

Additional meals are available on request. Menu will be discussed upon confirmation of booking.

If you add meals, all guests must opt in and meals to be served at the same time

Dinner - R300 per person
Lunch - R200 per person

Terms and Conditions

  • A minimum booking of the 5 of 7 rooms must be booked to qualify for Exclusive Stay
  • Maximum 2 guests per room
  • Check-in Saturday for one night stay at R3500 per person sharing
  • Check-in Friday for two nights stay at R4950 per person sharing
  • Single occupancy available at an additional R1750 per room, per day.

Celebration Lunch or Dinner

  • Minimum 10 and maximum 30 guests will be catered for the celebration lunch/dinner on Saturday
  • Only two hours of photographer included in the package. Additional hours charged at R1000 per hour
  • Cake is valued at R1750 and can be excluded
  • If no wine is required for the lunch/dinner, R150 can be deducted from each guest

Additional Guests

  • Four additional guests can be accommodated in the Family Cottage at R4000 per person sharing for two nights (check-in Friday)
  • Four additional guests can be accommodated in the Family Cottage at R3000 per person sharing for one night (check-in Saturday)
  • Celebration lunch/dinner can cater for up to 30 guests at R1500 per additional guest

Early Bird Discount

Get 10% discount if booking is paid in full a month before check-in

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full amount of a booking will be charged in the event of no shows or premature departures
  • 14 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeits 100% of total stay
  • 15-28 Days or less prior to date of arrival, forfeit 50% of total stay
  • More than 28 days, no extra costs

Payment:

  • A deposit of 50% of the total cost of accommodation is required to confirm all bookings
  • Only Visa and Master Card and EFT payments allowed and no cash payments will be accepted
